Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of international legal problems of protection of women's and children's rights in critical situtation. A conceptual substantion of necessity of such protection, social determinants and spheres of dicrimination of these categories of people in critical situations (armed conflicts, economic crisis, and others) are investigated as an objects of international legal regulation. Issuses concerning the implementation of international standards of women's and children's rights in national law of Ukraine and Jordan are analysed.
