Essay

There was found out the repairability of 1-464 series five-storey large-size paneled houses comprising 20,54 percent of the total number of houses built up after the projects of the first mass series. There was developed a principal scheme of functional and planning arrangement of flats taking into account their sound insulation and insolation conditions in case of complex reconstruction of five-storey houses areas situated in the vicinity of main routes. There were developed principal schemes of planning methods in reconstruction of 5-storey houses areas in the vicinity of main routes depending on city development situation, noise-zone formation included. There was developed a method of complex evaluation of technical state of 5-storey large-size paneled houses and sanitary-hygienic state of the environment from the point of view of noise insolation. There were developed principles and methods of address reconstruction of 5-storey houses areas. There were defined the possible variants of flat types depending on planning and construction peculiarities of houses, city development situation and sanitary-hygienic state of the environment.
