Shkurupiy O. Formation of Economic Mechanism in Conditions of Transitions

The object of study - general processes of transformation in the countries with transitive economy and Ukrainian aspect of system transformations. The purpose of study - is the definition of a theoretical-methodological basis of an economic mechanism of the transitive period and its further development in view of national specificity of Ukraine. Logical dialectic method of knowledge, methods of the system approach, methods of the analysis and synthesis etc. have been used. In the thesis the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of formation and functioning of economic mechanism have been explored. The results of generalization of existing conceptual approaches towards the basis of modern models of economic mechanism have been defined. The comparative analysis of macroeconomic models of economically developed countries of the world has been accomplished. On this base a long-term variant of social and economic development of Ukraine has been determined. The development of market relations, the direction of new methods, the social orientation and polymorphism of social and economic system are chosen the parameters of the model. The processes of transformation in post-socialist countries have been explored. On the base of analysis the methods of approach towards the security of macroeconomic stabilization and growth in Ukraine during the transitive period have been formed. The main determinations of the development of the economic system within a short - term model have been determined.
