Dissertation has investigated sientific-methodological fundamentals of structure proportion forming of agroindustrial production, resources of their regulation in conditions of market economy transition, inside and outside market conditions raw materials and finished commodity of the agroindustrial complex. Calculate-analitical operation principle by production structure optimization of agroindustrial complex was elaborated and developed structure model was realized at oil-fat food subcomplexes of Ukraine.
