The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical problems of market situation's regulation of consumer market. The factors of forming consumer market situation were researched and analyzed. The provisions for the guaranteeing of proficit balance of consumer market are set and the mechanisms for provision with such situation of balance are offered owing to increase in wages, people's solvent demand, national production and improvement of tax system of Ukraine.
