The method of extract obtaining with a high content of low molecular biologically active substances from porcine spllen fragments was elaborated. Biophamaceutical properties of the extract and its clinical efficiency in a conbined therapy of patients with lung abscess were, as well as there determined certain mechanisms of its therapeutic effect.
