Essay

Unbalanced development of macroeconomic systems during the period the transition to the market economy. To upgrade the concept of unbalanced development of national economy, to define the directions of macroeconomic influence on the dynamics of transitive economies with the instruments of industrial and regional policies. Methods of research are unity of logical and historic approaches, system approach, scientific abstraction, analysis and synthesis, mathematical statistics etc. The peculiarities of unbalanced development of market economy on the scale of regions have been researched, the essence of economic regionalisation as the law of market economy has been substantiated. Theoretical thesis about dominating impact of structural changes and the modern industries of regional specialization on the prospects of development of national economy has been posed. For the first time thesis about the necessity to use the concept of polarized form of a region has been posed for the purpose to create positive multiplicative effects in the transitive economy. It has been suggested to unite the industrial and regional approaches with the purpose to control the processes of unbalanced development of transitive economy. It has been proved that dominating tendency of the national economy in the transition period is the appropriate regionalization. Sphere of use are normative and special courses for the students of economy departments of universities on issues of regional development of transitive economy, substantiation of strategy and tactics of economic regionalization, improvement of the state policy targeted on developing the regions.
