Essay

The dissertation investigates the problems of international leasing development in conditions of market transformation of Ukraine. The prerequisites of leasing business making in transition economies, attraction factors of international leasing and domestic leasing market are analyzed in the work. The main directions of international leasing reforms in Ukraine are formed. The methodical approach of definition of leasing priority branches is elaborated and the priority branches are defined in the regional level. Creation of a leasing branch-based fund is substantiated.
