Sakalo V. Tactics of criminal activity

Объект исследования Object of the study was the practice of investigating and criminal activity. The purpose of the study was: a) to define the term "tactics of criminal activity"; b) study the problem of its forming, main forms and ways of its manifestation. Methods of investigation: a) general scientific; b) analysis; c) synthesis; d) comparison; e) sociological (filling questionnaires). Theoretical results and novelty: the thesis was a complex study resulting in scientific definition of the term "criminal activity" as well as its tactics, which promotes versatile and profound development of criminalistics. Practical results and novelty consisted in the following: provisions of the thesis could be used: a) for the further development of criminalistic tactics; b) elaboration of concrete tactical recommendations with taking into account the tactics of criminals; c) perfection of tactical training of future investigators. Subject of the study and application: a) main provisions of the thesis were presented in 5 scientific articles, 3 of which were published in chief particularized journals; b) subject of the investigation was the basis and state of criminal activity, tactics of criminal activity. Efficiency of application: suggestions and recommendations got positive assessment and were partially implemented into practice. Field of use: practical activity, educational process, theoretical activity.
