Essay

The object is small business and measures of its state adjusting. The target is development of the complex of acts for increasing efficiency of state adjusting policy at the small business field in Ukraine. Methods are general theoretic and economic statistics. Novelty - small business development problems are systematised by the nature of their arising and solution ways. Small business financial-credit problem solution ways hierarchic gradation is offered by the principal of minimum sufficiency of state intrusion in economical problems. Results - complex of acts for increasing efficiency of state adjusting policy at the small business field in Ukraine is developed.
