Object of research: the system of economic relations at the Bakery Industry enerprises under conditions of transition to the market. Aim: scientific basis of the officiency grouth of work of the Bakery Industry enterprises under new conditions of managemen. Methods: abstract- logical, system analysis, correlation analysis, graphical and othes. Results: propositions aimed at the inerease of economic efficiency of work of the Bakery Industry enterprises have been elaborated. Novelty: computation methods of economic efficiency of breadmaking enterprises including the index of "human capital" hane been grounded for the first time. Shyere of introductions: breadmaking enterprises, in the process of economic education.
