Object of research: the system of economic relations at the Bakery Industry enerprises under conditions of transition to the market. Aim: scientific basis of the officiency grouth of work of the Bakery Industry enterprises under new conditions of managemen. Results: propositions aimed at the inerease of economic efficiency of work of the Bakery Industry enterprises have been elaborated.
