Odotyuk I. Economic assessment of the state priorities of technological development

The objects are the structural dynamics of economic development of Ukraine's industry and countries in transition economy, the technological structure of manufacturing of economic developed countries and countries- analogues for Ukraine; the aims to determine the basic directions of technological changes in the economy and to create the necessary methodical tools of economic assessment of the technological priorities of Ukraine; the methods are critical analysis, synthesis, abstract-logical, statistical and comparative economic analysis, method of grouping; the new approach lies in the methods of economic assessment of the priorities of technological development of Ukraine has been created for the first time; the introduction consists of the basic conclusions and recommendations of the dissertation have been utilized by Institute of Economic Forecasting (certification № 135-168, 02.04.2002) in the process preparation of scientific-analytical materials for the central executive branches of government of Ukraine; the branch of utilization is the sphere of the state management by scientific-technological and innovation development of Ukraine's economy.
