The assessment of the endoecologic condition of the mouth cavity of persons, which have the hypofunction of thyroid gland and permanently reside in the Rivne and Zhytomyr regions is given. In the experimental research the role of the processes of the apoptosis (by the electronic-microscopic indications) and the disfunction of the balance between the peroxide oxidation of lipids and the antioxodant protection in the changes, which take place in the oral mucosa at the condition of a separate and binary effect of the small doses radiation and the hypofunction of the thyroid gland has been detected. It had been established that the spar resort factors, main of which is a slightly mineralized water "Naftusya" normalizes the physico-chemical parameters of the mouth liquid, while having no impact on the condition of the oral mucosa. The effect of the amaranth seed oil for the regenerative oral mucosa processes had been stated.
