Yavorskyi M. Features of surgical tactics at the patients with a stomach and duodenal bleeding ulcer and forecasting of relapses bleeding.

It have been carried out the complex surgical laboratory and endoscopic examinations in 181 patients suffering from gastric and duodenal ulcers, complicated by bleeding. The place of bleeding was discovered in 162 patients and in some patients we stopped the bleeding using the endoscopic examinations. Changes in the spectrum of serum proteins and contents of Ig G, Ig A, Ig M in its fractions, proofs of peroxide oxidation of lipids, antioxidation protection have been studied in 65 patients. There were found out the changes of serum proteins factors of humoral and cell immunity, proofs the peroxide oxidation of lipids. 62 patients were operated an immediated and 38 patients were operated after stopping of bleeding. Postoperative mortality was reduced as much as 5,7 % using the active surgical tactics.
