Theses is devoted to research of theoretical and the practical questions of investigation situation in the methodics of crimes investigation. Have been zoomed the essence of investigation situation, concretized its contents concerning the methodic of crime investigation, considerred the place of investigation situation in categorical apparatus and terminology of criminalistics. In work are considerred the possibilities of the application of the methods of other sciences at the development of the information modelling of the solution of complex investigation situations. In thesis in detail is considerred the problem of classification and typification of investigation situations. Have been offerred the system of the foundations of the classification of investigation situations. Significant place is averted to the definition of the peculiarities of investigation situations depending on the kind of crime, of investigation stage, procedural positions and relations between participants of criminal process. Have been developed the system of proceeding as to the overcoming of complex investigation situations which embraces the valuation of investigation situation how intractable, detection and the analysis of investigation mistakes and the preparation of the plan of exit out of complex investigation situations. Have been developed proposals as to preparing the programs (algorithm) of the solutions of complex investigation situations and the variant of such algorithm.
