Object of research is the market and its basic elements: proposition, demand, prices, state policy. Aim of research is the increase of economic efficiency of production and milk processing( search for the most adequate interaction of milk stock-breeding of farm enterprises, private farms and milk processing factories of Cherkasy region. Theoretical and practical results are the definition of the most typical features of modern highly developed markets of milk and milk products( definition of the peculiarities of efficiency production under the conditions of transition to market( analysis of the state of milk stock-breeding of the region and milk processing branch( analysis of the income and expense balance of the Cherkasy region population( substantiation of the methods of managing of agroindustrial production taking into consideration under the shortage of resources( carrying out the optimisation of organizational and economic contacts of processing and trade enterprises based on economic and mathematical modelling. Novelty of research - analysis of milk production complex of Cherkasy region is carried out taking into account the specific features of resources provision and geographical position( methods of enhancing the economic efficiency of milk production based on resource saving technologies are suggested for agricultural enterprises of Cherkasy region( new system of work of milk factories of Cherkasy region which corresponds to the principles of capital concentration is proposed( new scheme of the relations and mutual accounts between producers, milk processing and trade enterprises is developed. Introduction of the results of the research are listened to and approved by the chief specialists of Zolotonosha district board of agriculture and food-stuffs of Cherkasy region( recommendations given in the work are used in practical work of agricultural enterprises and limited partnership "Zolotonosha creamery". Sphere of application - the results obtained can be used in practical work of enterprises andorganizations on the level of regional state administrations farming and prognosticating of interbranch relations between subjects of milk products market both in Cherkasy and other regions of Ukraine.
