Belov S. Development resource-saving technology of mercerisation of unbleached fabrics

The object is process of mercerization of cellulose textile materials; the aims to develop the resource-saving technology of mercerization of unbleached fabrics with application of an electrochemical method of regeneration of the fulfilled alkaline solutions; the methods are theoretical calculations, chemical analysis, tools; the new approach - for the first time in the field of technology of textile materials it is scientifically proved the use of electrochemical principles for regeneration of the fulfilled alkaline solutions, the mechanism of increase of mercerizing actions of the regenerated solutions is investigated, the opportunity of creation of the closed cycle of mercerization of unbleached fabrics with simultaneous regeneration of the fulfilled alkaline solutions is scientifically proved; the main - the technology of mercerization of unbleached cotton fabrics which will allow to solve a problem of repeated use of alkali on new principles, to save thermal energy during washing of mercerized fabrics and to lower concentration of sodium alkali in mercerizing solutions on 10-20 % is developed; introduction on finishing manufactures of the textile industry is planned.
