Ksenjuk N. Development and using of composition textile-auxiliary materials for bleaching wool materials

The object is a process of preparing the cotton wool material; the aims development of composition textile-auxiliary materials and technologies of their using for "cool" bleaching the cotton wool material; the methods are spectrophotometer on instruments Specoll-10 and Specord M-40, potentiometer, acid and oxidizer-restoration titration; the new approach lies in scientifically offered as slowing down of decomposition peroxide of hydrogen in bleaching bath are organic amino and amid carbonic acids, which allow increase duration of contact oxidizer with accompanying materials of cotton, reduce temperature of bleaching before to the temperature 4-35 0С and exclude destruction of cellulose; the main include composition textile-auxiliary materials for "cool" bleaching the cotton wool material and technology of their using, which assist increasing of strength of fibers on 19-60 %, raising degrees of whiteness, increasing stability to abrasion in 2-3 times in the comparison with the known classical technology of preparation, vastly shorten a technological processing scheme, reduce an ecological loading on surrounding nature; introduced in the mass production on cotton wool enterprises of towns Kherson, Doneck, Ternopol; the field is Textile Industry
