Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the mechanisms and procedures of the suppression of traffic in women and children created within the frames of the international institutional system. It illuminates the universal mechanisms and procedures operating in the UN system as well as mechanisms and procedures which are applied by Council of Europe, European Union and Organization on the security and cooperation in Europe. Great attention is paid to the analysis of international legal acts on the suppression of this crime and the problems of its implementation in the national legislation of Ukraine.
