Red'ka L. Business undertaking: role in sistem of employment and incomes

Object of research: processes of formation of entrepreneurship sphere as a sector of transformation economy, and also a set of theoretical and methodological recommendations concerning the determination of its role in employment provision, aggregate incomes and their structure. Purpose of research: development of theoretical and methodological principles of correlation of entrepreneurship, providing by this sphere of employment and incomes of citizens of Ukraine, search and grounding on this basis of some recommendations concerning strengthening of its influence on market reformation acceleration. Methods of research: system approach, analysis and synthesis, methods of statistical analysis, method of logical analysis, data aggregation, comparative comparison. Results: entrepreneurship is analyzed from the position of political economy; the place and the role of employment in entrepreneurship sphere, its influence on amount and structure of employment are determined; aggregated incomes of Ukrainian citizens are analyzed, their structure with the aim of determination of the role of entrepreneurship in creation of possibilities for their increase; structuring of the employment and incomes of citizens in aspect of entrepreneurship is performed, the proposals concerning improvement the techniques of their statistical registration in national accounts system; problems of creation of the relation of social partnership in the sphere of entrepreneurship in Ukraine are analyzed. Novelty: new approach to definition of entrepreneurship; new argumentation of entrepreneurship function argumentation including new view on motivation of entrepreneur labor, contained in motivation analysis by means of entrepreneurship's functions; structuring schemes of employment and incomes, having wayout on advisability of real changes in statistical grouping; new approach to creation of social partnership relations in entrepreneurship system, in which has the interest both entrepreneur and employees, i.e. new relations between labor andcapital.
