Object - adaptive bioregulation. Purpose - establishment the main neurophysiological mechanisms of influence by photostimulation and self-photostimulation on functional structure activities of emotiogenic limbico-neocortical system of rats brain in experimental stimulation of emotional hypertension. Methods: self-photostimulation, rhythmical photostimulation, electroencephalography, electrocardiography, self-stimulation positive emotiogenic center of lateral hypothalamus, registration of origin the negative emotional responses. Results, novelty - first the analysis of self-stimulation reaction by rhythmical light in rats. It was carried out the comparative analysis of effective influence by rhythmical photostimulation and self-photo-stimulation in intact rats and the rats with emotional hypertension. It was revealed the effects of influence the rhythmical photostimulation and self-photostimulation on electrogenesis of limbico-neocortical brain structure forming the positive and negative emotional reactions, the level of arterial pressure and electroencephalography indices. It was discovered the effects dependence from photoactive method rhythmical light frequency and initial organism condition of control rats and the rats with emotional hypertension. It was established that in self-photostimulation process occurs the regulative activation of recovery of physiological brain activity and hemodynamics normalization. Field of application - neurophysiology, psyсhoneurology, cardiology.
