Ivasyuk I. Procedure of the Criminal Responsibility and Punishment Liberation Owing to the Conditions' Change.

The thesis is dedicated to the actual problems of the criminal procdure connected with the liberation from the criminal responsibility and the pumishment owing to the changed conditions. The juridical nature of the criminal responsibility and pumishment liberation are being investigated, the main point of changed conditions as the result of which the act or the person who has done it, cease to be dangerous for the society, the notion and the criminal procedure of discontinuance of the criminal case owing to the conditions' change as the result of pre-judicial procedure, judicial procedure of liberation from the criminal responsibility and punishment owing to the change of the conditions in the judicial levels of the proceedings at law. The suggestions are being done as well as recommedation to perfect criminal law activities, there are also recommendations connected with the perfection of criminal action proceedings, regulating the order of liberation from the criminal responsibility and punishment dueto the changes of the conditions.
