In operation are reviewed a status and main tendencies of a development of world economy, the factors of economical growth in the developed countries are generalized, and also the economical development in Ukraine and its perspective making - informatization of administrative operations is parsed. Сonstructing main approaches' justification the economic task's statement of economic information in administrative systems functioning is made, digital-network way of organizational type systems constructing and functioning is suggested.
