Essay

The thesis is devoted to the scientific substantiation, development and implementation of qualitatively new functional and structural model for the specialized medical care system of the population at the reproductive losses because it has not provided with the complex and sufficient level of medical care. Purpose a risk of the reproductive losses due a fetus has been determined; risk factors of the spontaneous abortions as a pathology that makes a contribution into the reproductive losses in the years of lost life (71.1%) have been described. A complex of primary prophylaxy measures for the reproductive losses including congenital pathology has been elaborated. Implementation of the study results gave a possibility to decrease a reproductive losses index from 12.05 (1992-1996) to 11.64 (1997-1999) (p<0.030); economical effectiveness is about 283,000 hrv. - 1/6 of all state budget for the fulfillment of National Programme for Family Planning for 2000.
