Ovcharenko L. Economic Nature and Peculiarities of Innovative Enterpreneurship Development in Transitional Economy

The given dissertation devoted to the problem of innovative entrepreneurship development under the conditions of transitional economy. The author defines the essence of innovative entrepreneurship as special type of economic activity; conditions of forming and creating of innovative entrepreneurship, his role and place in economic development of transitional economy; influence of world experience on innovative activities growing in Ukraine. Discovered factors of growing and activating of innovation process, connecting with innovative strategies of restructuring of corporations and motivation of the small innovative-implemented firms. The influence of institutional factors on providing innovative development of Ukraine and mechanism for state regulation and support to creating of new forms of innovative activities are brought to light.
