Ringach N. Peculiarities of mortality of the Ukraine working-age population from cardiovascular diseases by age, sex and place of residence (urban, rural) and measures to decreasing of premature mortality

The dissertation covers the issues of discovering the sexual, by the age, sex and regional peculiarities of a precise aspect of mortality in Ukraine. The aspect concerns the mortality of Ukraine population of working-age caused by CVD. The dissertation possesses scientific argumentation of the measures to insure the mortality to become lower. The features of the CVD caused mortality dynamics and structure in 90-s were disclosed. The middle-range working-age population mortality level forecast was undertaken using the mathematical modelling method. The range of the vital potential losses caused by CVD mortality during the working-age interval was estimated, including those caused by diseases. The sociological research to study the working-age population awareness concerning factors of danger of premature death caused by CVD was conducted. The rate of readiness to way of life changes because of the knowledge was conducted too. The analyses of the Ukrainian CVD service infrastructure and staff potential ass compared to the CVD epidemiological situation has been conducted. The study of the peculiarities of the structure and dynamics of the CVD caused working-age population mortality may be the objective base to choose the priorities in activities and managerial decisions while elawarationg the measures to make the premature mortality lower.
