The thesis is designed to resource saving and commodity fish breeding process in ponds improvement with use of mathematical modeling methods. The regression model of three-years carp x sazan hybrids breeding and the optimization model of phytophagous fish breeding have been constructed. The directions of production efficiency rise by intensive commodity fish breeding for three-years breeding period under Ukraine Woodlands conditions have been defined on the basis of model calculations.
