Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study and complex fish and biological assessment of the use of amaranth in feeding of carp different age groups. The norms of amaranth introduction into the diet were established and the functional characteristics of the organism of carp groups of different ages were analyzed on the basis of the analysis of physiological and biochemical parameters of the organism included in the spectrum of action of the studied additive. The biologically active properties of amaranth when used in carp feeding under optimal growing conditions and under the influence of stress factors common in fish farming are analyzed. Based on the assessment of economic indicators, the efficiency of using 10% of ground amaranth grain in carp feed is scientifically substantiated.
