Essay

The dissertation is a completed scientific work devoted to a comprehensive assessment of fish-breeding and biological indicators of juvenile Russian sturgeon, provided that inactivated baker's yeast is introduced into the diet. Studies of fish-breeding and biological aspects of feeding the Russian sturgeon juveniles as well as digestive system structural features and the main biochemical indices during yeast consumption in intensive aquaculture conditions are presented. Overall, the principles of growing juvenile Russian sturgeon characterized by a high level of survival and growth rates due to the introduction of inactivated baker's yeast into the diet were established. The inactivated baker's yeast are recommended as an input to the main feed, in the amount of 15% over the total nutrition mass, within 28 days after the final transition to feeding with artificial feed.
