Essay

The regulatory effects of enkephalines and its synthetic analogues on the bile secretion and bile components secretion were investigated in bloods tests on the rats and in isolated perfusate rat liver experiments. Than it was shown that leu- and met-enkephalines and dalargine influence are removed under the opioid receptors blockade by stadol. The bile secretory function changes by the action of enkephalines under condition of the opioid receptors blockade, alpha-adrenoreceptores blockade and Ca2+-channel of plasma membrane blockade and the isolate liver secretory function under the action of dalargine indicate the opioid peptides direct influence on the hepatocytes.
