The dissertation is dedicated to scientific substantiation of the conceptual bases of the world market legal regulations of space services and technologies, analysis of legal mechanisms and problems its regulation as well. The dissertation provides a principally new system of the international relations that appears in conjunction with an activity of space services and technologies at the world market, legal points of integration the national space industry into the world market. The author defends a new scientific conclusions and proved the possible ways of resolving these problems.
