The thesis and 9 published scientific works is protected. The experimental research has been done on the first stage of the work.The efficacy of use of 0,01% miramistin solution in comparison with 1% chlorophyllipt solution on flow of a modelled wound process at 24 rats and 24 Guinea pigs estimated. Experimentally is proved, that miramistin reduces in fast purification of a purulent wound from pathogenic and conditional- pathogenic microfloras; renders stimulating influence to a state of a local immunity, a con-sequence that is intensifying functional-bactericidal activity of neutrophils of wounded exudate. By the third day of therapy the regeneration of the NST-test up to physiological meanings is marked: at rats - up to 7,08±1,42% and at the Guinea pigs - up to 9,31±1,72 %. At the second stage is spent clinico-statistical and laboratory analyses of gestational flow at 360 women with vaginitises and with a high degree of risk of beginnings of vaginitis.At the treatment of a vaginitis by 0,01% miramistin solution, in compari-son with 1% chlorophyllipt solution, is marked the expressed antibacterial ef-fect, fast regeneration of vaginal biocenosis (to 6 day of therapy). It has allowed completely to remove clinical symptoms of vaginitis for 2,61±0,43 day faster, than at application of chlorophyllipt. Owing to the immunoadjuvant effect of miramistin it was strengthened the local defensed reactions, it was accompanied by awake positive dynamics of clinical flow of pregnancy: more than twice was reduced frequency of relapses of vaginites (from 18,3 % up to 8,3%); late spontaneous abortions - from 6,7% up to 3,3 %; premature births - from 6,7 % up to 3,3 %; purulent-septic diseases of neonatal - from 11,7 % up to 8,3 %. At prophylaxis of a nonspecific vaginitis by miramistin there is an active reduction of NST-positive cells of vaginal exudate; the amount of receptors to a Fc-fragment of an immunoglobulin G of vaginal exudate is authentically en-larged; the level of the factors of humoral immunity, secretor immunoglobulins A and G is recovered; disbalance is effectively eliminated, which has arisen in a system of POL.
