Erfan E. The regulation of social and labor relations in rural area in the conditions of economic transformation (on the examples of Zakarpattia oblast)

The subject matter - social and labour potential of Transcarpathian villages. The Aim - is to work out theoretical and methodical approaches in studying of, social and iabour relations in the market conditions, agrarian economy transformation, the formation of the externaland the internal mechanisms of regulation in labour reiations on the depressed territories. The Methods - is the induction and deduction of scientific abstractions comparative and system analysis, classification and group division methods. The Results - is the analysis of social and labour relations essence is done, their component structure has been found out. The complex analysis of the local rural labour markets in Transcarpathian was realised. The destructive factors restricting the possibility of rural labour potential realisations have been revealed. The mechanism of labour relations in the depressed areas is suggested.
