Theoretical generalisation and new approach to the solving of scientific task of the correction of the state of cardiovascular and nervous systems under stress-induced hy-pertension by means of stimulation of functional activity of BBB under rhythmic cold effects on the organism of 12- and 24-months' rats are given in the thesis. The role of BBB permeability to norepinephrine and acetyl choline in the development of general adaptation syndrome was defined.
