Essay

The object of the study: The boxers and the wrestlers of different weight categories. The aim and the methods of investigation: to base the hygienic requirements for combat athlets (boxers and wrestlers) nourishing and beverage taking regimen diet using hygienic, epidemiologic, chemical, physical, biochemical, immunologic, mathematic and statistic methods. Theoretical and practical significance: theoretical significance of the research consists of hygienic basing for regimen diet, hygienic demands for food allowance, beverage taking regimen diet and biologically active supplements-nutricevtics taking by boxers and wrestlers. The worked out alimentary recommendations are used in regimen diets of the Ukrainian combined teams of boxers and wrestlers, experience formation of rational food composing at home, activity of the Ukrainian state sanitary-and-epidemiologic institutions in their supervision for sportsmen diet. The subject and the level of introduction: scientifically based hygienic demands for food allowances, beverage taking regimen diet and using of biologically active supplements for boxers and wrestlers. Introduction into the practice of the State Committee of the Ukraine of physical culture and sports in organizing the single combat athlets feeding, the state sanitary-and-epidemiologic institutions activity in their current supervision. The effectivity of introduction: the ways of modern boxers and wrestlers feeding correction are worked out according to the hygienic demands. The area of making use: the organization of the Ukrainian combined teams of boxers and wrestlers feeding; the activity of the state sanitary-and-epidemiologic institutions; academic courses in higher education institutions of the medical profile.
