Object of study: electrical activity of human brain in normal condition and in case of unconsciousness. The aim and methods of study: sophistication of diagnostic of functional state of brain based on diagnostic algorithm of assessment EEG classified as normal and in some cases of consciousness disorders. Clinical and functional methods of diagnostics of state of nervous system (topographic mapping, method of visualization and neuronal-net modeling method). Parameters of spectral power and coherence were investigated. Theoretical and practical significance.Theoretical significance consists of development of quantities assessment of EEG disorganization. The implication of mathematical analysis allowed establishing of integral quantity assessment method. Subject and degree of introduction: diagnostic algorithm of assessment of electrical activity of human in normal condition and in some forms of unconsciousness; is often used during practical trainings on departments of physiology, neurological diseases,anaesthesiology and intensive care of Donetsk Medical State University. Efficiency of introduction: new knowledge relatively assessment of functional state of brain, investigation neuronal-net model of EEG classification. Area of involvement: educational courses of neuro-physiology departments, clinic of neurological diseases and intensive care.
