Essay

Physical condition the workers of nuclear power plants. A substantiation of a control system of a physical condition of the workers of nuclear power plants in conditions of improving employment by physical culture. Methods of research are: the theoretical analysis and generalization of the data of the scientific and special literature; pedagogical supervision; pedagogical experiment with use of biological techniques; methods of mathematical statistics. For the first time revealed interrelation of a level of a physical condition and immunology of the status of the men of mature age for the first time certain features of a physical condition also are developed the functional characteristics of levels of a physical condition the workers of nuclear power plants, the system of an estimation of a physical condition of the workers of nuclear power plants by parameters immunology of the status for the first time developed programs of improving employment by physical culture including swimming and physical training, adequate to a level of a physical condition of the workers of nuclear power plants is complemented, the existing system of improving measures of the workers of nuclear power plants is complemented by the block of improving employment by physical culture. The complemented control system of health of the workers of nuclear power plants was entered into work of the sports centre of nuclear power plants. As the result, the program implementation allowed to reduce the acute sickness rates, to raise physical fitness rates, to slow down the ageing process, to stabilize the immunity indices and to advance the main motive (motor) qualities and, thus, to reduce the risk of internal chronical diseases, to provide proper adaptation to the influence of external working environment factors. It is recommended for use at the sports centres of nuclear power plants. CD
