Essay

Object of studies - interpersonal relations of footballers members of national junior team of Ukraine. Substantiation and elaboration of technologies for minimization of conflict interactions of the members of national junior team of Ukraine. Methods: analysis, comprehension and generalization of philosophical, psychologo-pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature, observation, semistandard individual conversations, testing (anthropometric, pedagogical and physiological methods), method of expert estimation, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The novelty consists in elaboration of complex methodical apparatus for studying the conflict interactions of the members of national junior team of Ukraine, opportune prediction of development which depends on mastery of coach, his ability to realize organizational, communicative and educational activity with account for group and the collective psychological factors; technology of minimization of the conflict interaction of the members of national junior team of Ukraine has been developed on the basis of infatuation about the role relations in the team. Theoretical previsions and conclusions have been introduced in the process of preparation of junior and student teams of Ukraine in football, football clubs "Borysfen" (Boryspil) and "Santy" (Nankin, China). Introduction of author's programme in training process has resulted in better relations between members of national team in experimental groups which, in its turn, has contributed to better quality of training and competitive activity. Author's programme is recommended for introduction into training process of footballers at different stages of preparation (Children and Youth Sports Schools, football clubs, national teams).
