Poznyakov P. Ukrainian military press as a component part of an information space in the realization of the State idea (1917-1921)

There are investigated state forming processes in the dissertation in the complete, concentrated aspect with the participation of the military press in the period of Ukrainian national - democratic revolution (1917-1921). The military periodicals as an organic component part in the civil press system is examined comprehensively; there are retraced the origin and crystallization of typological indications of a military edition, the total structure of the military press in the information space of the country. It is well reasonably proved the necessity in forming of a civilized democratic information space of a pro-state orientation, which is directed to strengthening of state institutions and comprehensive development of the civil society. It was made the profound thematic and genre analysis of publications of military periodicals with the help of sociological method of investigation. There are expounded practical recommendations as to role and place of the military mass media as a structural element ofthe national informative space in forming of a positive image of on of the main state institutions - Armed forces of Ukraine.
