The thesis is dedicated to the problems of formation of financial base of small enterprises in Ukraine. In research the economic essence and factors influencing a financial base of small enterprises are clarified. The considerable attention in the work is given to the analysis of sources of financial resources and their features concerning small business in transitional economy of Ukraine. The pathes of dilating of financial base are offered at the expense of usage of the modern forms of small business financing.
