Essay

The work studies the problems of formation and development of share capital in Ukraine, grounds the essence and functions of share capital and elements of capital structure of company. The dissertation suggests its methodology for evaluation of investment attractiveness of joint stock company and the formula of integral indicator for determining degree of attractiveness. Using the methods of regressive-correlation analysis the influence of financial indicators of company's activity upon share market price formation is also studied.
