The study of the effect of free radical processes on the regeneration of mucous oral cavity tissues at cryodestruction, diathermocoagulation and their combined effect has been performed. Obtained results testify to the existence of a tight dependence of the accumulation of LPO toxic products in mucous membrane tissues, as well as gluthathione system enzymes activity and their common effect on the rate of proliferative plastic processes after all types of tissue destruction. During cryodestruction we have observed a less level of LPO product concentration in tissues of rat mucous membrane and more rapidly its decrease in respect to the control in comparison with diathermocoagulation and combined effect. It has been established, that significant role in more favorable wound healing after cryodestruction is played by free radical processes, regulating the course of tissue metabolic processes. The presence of a statistically significant connection between the regeneration rates at different types of a temperature damage and the change of the qualitative composition of immunocompetent cells, types of collagen in an injury site have been established. Investigations, carried-out by us, confirmed the expediency of the "Placentek" preparation application in a complex treatment of the patients with pre-cancerous disease of mucous membrane of the oral cavity.
