The dissertation is devoted to consideration of a problem of specificity of activity of the psychologist. The accentis done on consideration of a phenomenon of psychological well-being of the psychologist, and also influence of this phenomenon on efficiency and successfulness in professional psychological consultation. Is considered features of professional activity of the psychologist-consultant, factors which influence to the efficiency; the essence of a phenomenon of psychological well-being is opened. Research representation of the psychologists-consultant and students of the psychologists concerning specificity of activity of the psychologist-consultant. In dissertation the model of achievement/maintenance of psychological well-being of the psychologist-consultant is offered.
