Essay

Object of research is cascade TEC in interconnection with a cooled element of optoelectronics. The research goal is developing of generalized models and calculation algorithms of the cascade TECs having different schemes of cascades connecting. Method of developing - theoretical generalizing, mathematical modeling, analytical and numerical methods, experimental check of theoretical outcomes and conclusions. The novelty - for first time is demonstrated, that all schemes of stages connecting have identical limit power characteristics. Model of the cascade TEC for the first time is formulated, in which one solution of balance equations system on boundaries of cascades is combined with the solution of boundary value problems for equation of three-dimensional heat conduction in intercascade substrates. Application - the outcomes of researches utilized at creation of the cascade TECs for elements of semiconducting optoelectronics under the agreement with the French company " Marvel Thermoelectrics " and at fulfillment of contract with French Institute of Space Astrophysics.
