Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to: study of remote medico-social consequences of Chernobyl Nu-clear Power Plant disaster among liqudators' families, evacuees and those who had to be migrated from the radio-active polluted territories; to the basing of the system of rehabilitation and preven-tive measures with the goal of improvement of valeological resource and renewal of principal social functions in the indicated families. On the basis of initational stimulation of social systems behav-iour the information factors affecting the disaster were defined. Due to the creation of trend of tem-poral lines the programsis concerning health improvement and correction of socio-adaptive abilities in given individuals was made up. Using the method of social projection the programme of reha-bilitational and preventive measures on liquidation of remote consequences of the influence of was scientifically grounded, the principal points of which were included in complex regional pro-gramme of restoration and medico-socialsupporting of those who had suffered from Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant disaster.
