The object of research is a history of development of forms organization natural historic in Ukraine at afterreform period.The subject of research is origin and activity of zemstvo's nature historical museums of south Ukraine. Problems, produced in a work, were decided with using of special historical research methods. At first the process was reconstructed and researched of established of zemstvo's nature historical museums of south Ukraine, was carried out historic-research analysis its activity, was given estimation of museums contribution into the Ukraine's biological agriculture science of Ukraine.
