Essay

The mathematical models of stressed-deformed state: of two-layer rubber-ropes belt in the case of damaged rope's base; of joints of two-layer rubber-ropes belts; in the case of belt's deflec-tion on the drum of the conveyer, are developed and analyses. The parameters of belt's joints and parameters of two-layer rubber-ropes belts are substanti-ated. The engineering technique for calculation of the parameters of belt's joints and technical con-ditions of two-layer rubber-ropes belts with strength of core up to 6000 N/mm are developed and applied successfully by "Krivbassgelezorudkom".
