The dissertation is dedicated to questions of increase effect of conveyance service and organization of technical processes of passenger conveyance in the cities. The conception and the estimative criterion of social-ethical marketing in bus conveyances in market condition of work is devised. Theoretically well-grounded complex of controlling measures which provide for shorterning time, which passengers spend for trips; restriction of running costs of bus enterprises and reduction of pollution level of cities' atmosphere is established. In the dissertation it is devised the principles of mathematical model for definition of technical parameters of transport work of the bus in the separate cycle and on the routes. By original numerical methods it is made the rated researches of time and traffic speed, fuel expense and harmful rejections from forming components depending on model and filling of buses and route characteristics. Experiment considerations with regard to real stream of passengers on the route system of Kryvyi Rig, which are obtaining from the new methodological basis, afforded wider opportunities for improvement of choice in model of buses, form of using organization and control of work on the route. It is perfected the existing method of calculation the necessary number of buses with increase of quality service of passengers especially important in the presence competition of ferrymen. The principal results of work are transmitted for practical introduction to Transport-Executive Association "Kryvorizhpusautotrans".
