Sirko R. Mental health at the elder youthf age as the subject of psychological study.

The work is devoted to the problem of mental health at the elder youth age and of factors of its forming. Theoretical analysis and experimental psychological study have confirmed that the state of mental health at the given age is determinates by various personality characteristics? By the synthesis of mental peculiarities conditioned both biologically and socially. The complex criterion of the mental health state has been worked out. Two levels of mental health (the high and the low ones) have been revealed. The complex of the special exercises in NLP and psychoregulation has been introduced, directed to improve communicative abilities of young people, to help them in mastering the methods of emotional states controlling, and, as a result, in declining their emotional tension and in better educational perfomance.
