The aim - increase of a level of the development of special physical qualities of skilled nordic-combinators on the basis of the biochemical control. The object - the training process of the skilled nordic-combinators. A subject - special physical preparation of the skilled nordic-combinators in a year cycle of the preparation. Methods - analysis, pedagogical observation, pedagogical experiment, biochemical monitoring and methods of the mathematical statistics. Novelty - definitely structure and contents of special physical preparation of the skilled nordic-combinators; for the first time is received optimum parameters of a condition special physical preparation on the basis of the biochemical control; was developed the concept concerning selection of means and methods of special physical preparation of the skilled nordic-combinators; is revealed levels of interrelations of volumes of physical loading and sports results of the skilled nordic-combinators. Result - developed methodical approaches to construction of the training process of the skilled nordic-combinators based on optimization of special physical qualities of the sportsmen.
